The Morgan County Preparedness Project class "Medical Session #3 -Emergency Medical Techniques - " will be held on Saturday, Dec. 20th, from 10:00am - noon at Blue Ridge Community and Technical College, 109 War Memorial Dr, Berkeley Springs, WV 25411
