The Morgan County Preparedness Project class "Medical, Session #3 - Emergency Medical Techniques will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 16th, from 6:00pm - 8:00pm at Blue Ridge Community and Technical College, 109 War Memorial Dr, Berkeley Springs, WV 25411
